What is a skin condition?
If your skin is itching, flaking, burning, breaking out or hurting you are likely to have a skin condition. Skin conditions come in two types: the temporary skin conditions, that can result from insect bites, sun and wind burns, contact with poisonous substance such as poison oak, or otherwise products containing subtances that create an allergic reaction. The second type of skin conditions are the more complex chronic skin conditions, meaning that they come back periodically, the most common skin conditions include eczema, psoriasis, acne, herpes, dermatitis, fungal infections (such as athletes foot), chronic flakiness, dermatitis and many others.
