Cacao, Mushroom & Spice Melt
Our Cacao Melt is an Artisan blend of pure organic fair trade & sustainable Ecuadorian cacao beans, therapeutic mushrooms and selected warming spices & flowers in virgin organic coconut oil. Biophilia Botanicals Cacao Melt can be used primarily in cooking , baking and in beverages. How to make hot cacao: Heat up gently an 8 oz cup of milk of your choice, dairy or non-dairy (almond, soy, hazelnut or hemp milk are delicious with cacao melt) Add a table spoon of the paste into the milk when it has reached heated state. Blend in with a fork or whisk for better results. Poor in a tea cup and add a spoon of honey or a natural sweetener (optional) You can also use the cacao melt in port & chocolate sauces, mole, mixed with honey & nut butters, treats, fruit salads & pastries.
